Charles A. Flint II was born in Albany, New York, where he graduated from Christian Brothers Academy High School in 1997. Mr. Flint attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, where he graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a minor in English Literature.
Mr. Flint graduated from Albany Law School of Union University in 2004. As a law student, Mr. Flint worked as a legal research assistant and interned for the New York State Attorney General’s Office Criminal Prosecutions Bureau, the United States Attorney’s Office – Northern District of New York, and the Hon. Joseph C. Teresi of the State Supreme Court in Albany. During law school, Mr. Flint was an Octofinalist in the Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition, and his student comment was published by the Albany Law Review.
Mr. Flint came to Florida in December 2005 to work for the State Attorney’s Office in Bartow. He served as a Certified Legal Intern and Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting misdemeanors, felonies, and crimes against children before leaving in June 2009 to join the workers’ compensation division of Ross Vecchio, PA. He has been involved with the Polk County Teen Court program as a Judge and training attorney.
Mr. Flint is admitted to practice law in Florida (2007) and the State of New York (2005).
